LIMITED WARRANTY STATEMENT US AND CANADA PURCHASERS
Introduction
As an industry-leading tool manufacturer , Kress is committed to your
satisfactio n. Our commitment to you, the orig inal purchaser, is simple:
satisfactio n from an issue-fr ee product. In fulfilling our commitment, Kress is
pleased to offer you this Limited Warr anty Statement. During the Warranty
Cover age Per iod (as published by Kress), Kress will, through its author ized
dealer network, repair or replace any Kress product that is determined to be
defective due to issues in materials or w orkmanship within the warranty period
from the date of the original purchase.
Warranty coverage begins on the original retail date and extends only to the
original purchaser. If your Kress product requir es a warr anty r epair, proof of
purchase will be necessary. P lease k eep a record of this tr ansaction.
If your Kress product is determined to be defective due to issues in materials
or workmanship within the warranty per iod, we will do one of the following:

Repair the defective product,
Replace the defective product with a new or reconditioned product, or
Replace or repair all defective parts.
Customer Responsibility
It is the customer’s responsibility to use the product according to the
operator’s manual and to maintain the equipment in accordance w ith all
maintenance instr uctions. If by chance you happen to experience a defect in
material or workmanship, we recommend removing the product from use and
ceasing its operation until it can be insp ected and serviced by a Kressauthor ized service center.
