iii. Payment of warranty
Dealers can expect credits for warranty payments to post 48
hours after claim approval.
b. Registration/Privacy policy
When available, Dealers will complete the warranty registration
for each product sold at the point of sale via the Kress Dealer
Portal. Before collecting any customer information, the dealer is
required to advise customers of the Kress Commercial Privacy
Policy. This can be accessed in two ways: By scanning a QR
code located on the sales counter or directing the customer to
the Privacy Policy on the Kress.com website, at
https://www.kress.com/en-us/privacy-policy-us-positec-groupcompanies
c. Warranty submission
i. Expectations
If warranty repair is required, the Dealer is required to submit
the warranty reimbursement claim within 48 hours of
completion of repair. Warranty claims submitted after the
above-mentioned due date are subject to rejection. Except in
extraordinary circumstances or in situations in which
additional information is required, Kress will process each
claim within 3 business days from submission.

ii. Appeals
Appeals to any warranty claim decisions should be made
directly to the Kress warranty department within 24 hours of
the claim being processed by Kress for consideration.
iii. Warranty product retention
When warranty repairs or replacements are made, dealers are
required to hold all parts and products replaced under
warranty for a period of 90 days from the date of claim
approval. Positec may request the retur n of the parts or
products within the 90-day period after claim approval.
Claims, where the part/product is requested to be retur ned
and is not available, will be reversed and the claim rejected.
Each retur ned part/product should be clearly identified with
the following information. 1. Warranty claim number, 2.
Part/model number, 3. Product serial number.
iv. Travel coverage
Travel coverage is only available for Kress Robotics when
dealers are required to travel to customer locations to verify
that the RTK signal is working as required.
