1. Warranty
a. Expansion of details
Individual warranty statements and exclusions are included as
attachments. Any inconsistencies between individual warranty
statements and the statements made in this Dealer Handbook will
be gover ned by the individual warranty statements.
The Kress Limited Warranty covers defects in material or
workmanship as outlined in the Kress Limited Warranty statement.
Warranty coverage begins on the date of initial retail sale to the
end-user and requires proof of purchase to receive warranty repair.
Kress will repair or replace, at Kress’s discretion, any Kress
products that fail during the warranty period, provided the product
has been properly maintained and not misused. As a condition of
warranty coverage, the consumer may be asked to provide 1. Proof
of maintenance, 2. Proof of Purchase.

Parts – warranty coverage for replacement parts is 6
months or the remainder of the tool warranty,
whichever occurs first.
ii. Kress Warranty Limitations and Exclusions.
The Kress Warranty coverage will not extend to damages
caused by the following:
1. Kress Warranty is extended to the original purchaser and is
not transferable.
2. The Kress Warranty is intended only for Kress equipment
sold in the United States and Canada.
3. Any failure resulting from use other than or contradictory to
its intended purpose as described in the operator’s manual.
4. Damage occurring from abuse, neglect, mishandling,
impact, or improper storage.
5. Failure resulting from improper maintenance.
6. Any failure or repair resulting from the use of non-Kress
parts and accessories.
7. Damage resulting from improper voltage supply to chargers
and batteries, including power surge or lightning strike.
8. Travel to diagnose or repair any Kress products other than
travel to a customer location to verify a proper RTK signal.
9. Rental of replacement equipment during the repair process.
10. Freight and handling for service parts.
