Kress Commercial After Sales Support (KresSolutions) is dedicated to
assisting dealers in resolving all after sales and technical issues with a
professional and diligent approach. Our goal is to provide a timely response
focused on an amicable resolution for our dealer network and instill
confidence in both Kress Commercial dealers and products.
This Kress Solutions Handbook is to provide all Kress dealers guidance
regarding procedural information for Kress After Sales business. The
following documents are intended to provide clarity and further defined
guidelines, through bulletins, manuals, and how-to guides. This document
will be maintained electronically inclusive of all updates; please refer to the
online version number to ensure that you have the most accurate
information. All information included in this handbook is gover ned by the
terms of the Dealer Sales and Service Agreement (DSSA).
