Summary:
The purpose of the Kress Dealer Training Policy is to provide Kress Dealers with an
outline and expectations of the expected training process. This plan will be tailored
to the Dealer’s specific business model to ensure the mutual success of the Dealer
and the Company. The Company pledges to provide support to all Dealers through
means of quality training programs.
Terms and Conditions
1. Training Expectations
Dealers are expected and encouraged to actively participate in and attend
trainings to be considered active partners with the Company. The Company will
provide each dealer with an assigned training coordinator to partner with the
Dealer and sales team by regional area. The Kress Training Coordinators will
have access to training documents and events virtually as well as in person to
partner and assist dealers with scheduling throughout the year.
