Your Business Development Manager is your first point of contact with
everything Kr ess. We believe that the BDM is an extension of your team
as we introduce Kr ess into the market. We will ensure they are ready to
provide timely support and training for you and your staff.

Your BDM will coordinate a Power-up meeting with you and your staff to
ensur e you ar e prepared to begin selling and servicing Kr ess products.

To support you and the BDM, the company has ded icated Sales Tr aining
Specialists to develop content, provide virtual trainings, and support any
escalated questions related to the Kr ess Dealer Portal.

Virtual training sessions will be provid ed throughout the year on vario us
Kress top ics w ith the goal of providing resources that are useful, easy to
access, and simple to understand.

We look forw ard to working with you in “being the change” that
revolutionized the outdoor power industry.

Dealers w ill also receive training on navigating outside of the Kress
Dealer Portal to outside vendor portals such as TermSync (online
payment portal) and Symphonix (Kress Marketing Store).
