Kress is pleased to announce our
partnership with TermSync a third-party
payment portal provider for electronic
payments for you, our dealers.
Kress Preferred Payment Option:
Please email finance.na@kress.com to receive your dealership’s TermSync link to setup your
dealership’s payment profile and banking information. The portal login after you set up your
dealership’s profile is: https://www.termsync.com/login The portal is private to you for
password correction and bank account information Kress does not have access.
The TermSync tool is easy for you to use to make payments and helps Kress as well to be
accountable in measuring our response time to your billing inquiries.
After your TermSync profile is set up, you can view your dealership’s open balance account
detail and attached Kress PDF invoices. Also, you can send messages to our finance
department and make electronic payments via Automated Clearing Settlement System (ACSS)
or by credit card.
The convenience of a credit card payment is offered in TermSync. Also, ACSS payments are
free to you.
Reminders for unpaid Kress invoices will come from termsync@termsync.com. Please ensure
these emails do not get placed in your spam folder as this is our primary way of contacting you
for payment. You may want to add the TermSync email address termsync@termsync.com to
your email contacts.

Micro deposit instructions:
Enrollment in ACSS Canadian payments requires an online authorization of a microdeposit to
test the linking of your dealership account to TermSync. Please see the below instructions for
setting up ACSS in TermSync and verifying your bank account. The ACSS microdeposit
verification is required before the first payment of a Kress invoice.
Making Online Payment Using ACSS in Your Customer Portal
You have the option to pay your invoices with ACSS. This is a guide on how you can do that
using Esker’s online payment via the Customer Portal.
