How it Works
We send automated payment reminder emails to you when invoices become due.
Directly from the email, you can click through to perform a variety of actions
including:
• Make payments and apply credits to an invoice(s)
• View/Request a copy of the invoice
• Send us a message or ask us a question
The service is completely FREE to you and does not require you to change your
payables process.
What We Need from You
The email address this message will be sent to is what we currently have on file for
your accounts payable contact. If this is correct, no further action is required. If
you would like to change the contact information or add a new contact, please
reply to the email with the name(s) and email address(es).
Also, the reminder emails will come from termsync@termsync.com. Please ensure
these emails aren’t placed in a spam folder as this will be our primary way of
contacting you about payment reminders.
