Annual Finance Requirements
1. Dealer will maintain insurance against loss, theft, or damage to the Kress
Products in an amount exceeding the value of the products in inventory,
naming the Company as an additional insured on the policy. Dealer shall
provide a Certificate of Insurance to Positec before the first shipment of
Kress Products to Dealer.
2. The Company reserves the right to require year-end financial statements and
personal financial statements from owners as needed for credit line
evaluation. Failure to provide the requested financial statements may result
in a blocking of future shipments.
