Summary
The 90 Day Product Satisfaction Guarantee is to boost the sales of the Kress Commercial Cyber
System with commercial customers. Developed to provide confidence in our platform, while
experiencing the benefits and capabilities of Kress products.
Program
Overview
Commercial Customers must complete an in-field demonstration from a Kress Field Demo
Specialist. Once completed the customer qualifies for a refund of their purchase within 90 days
from the original date of purchase. If dissatisfied, take the products back to your Kress dealer
and provide details of how the product did not perform as expected.

Guidelines
•
Completed Kress Demo Confirmation form to be eligible for the Kress 90 Day Product
Satisfaction Guarantee.
•
The Kress Commercial Equipment, CyberPack Batteries & CyberTank need to be on
one invoice.
•
Customer must produce the original proof of purchase upon return.
•
Refunds are provided back to dealer to facilitate return based on the amount invoiced
to the dealer and excludes dealer PDI and admin fees.
•
Dealer is responsible for refunding customer the full price charged including
commissions paid to the dealer.
•
Returned consignment products may be placed back into the Kress Consignment
Program upon product inspection and approval by your Kress Business Development
Manager.
•
Units receive a 10% discount when placed back into consignment inventory for resale.
•
Program excludes any damaged product by the customer.
•
Dealer will complete diagnostic test of each product in the set. This would include run
time and limitations of run times.
•
Dealer will review the approximate charge time for the CyberTank to charge a
CyberPack battery, record the information and battery life of the Cybertank in a live
recorded charging demonstration.
•
Confirm All Kress Commercial Equipment is operational included in the purchase.
•
For any purchases made on finance the customer is subject to pay the documentation
fees paid upfront on any cancellations with Meridian OneCap.
