2. Terms for Invoicing are Net-7 days and is payable by the Dealer through the
Payment Provider system which is accessed via a link on the Dealer Portal.
Monthly Stock Counting
1. The Dealer will be assigned Stock Counting to be completed based upon
the dates provided for the Stock Counting assigned in the Dealer Portal.
2. The Stock Counting process provides for a simple reconciliation process
that outlines discrepancies between what is Scanned and what is in Dealer
KPP Inventory. Stock Counting for a product group needs to be completed
in one day to ensure accurate counting.
3. Discrepancies or missing units need to be identified as sold, transferred, or
stolen. If Stock Counting is completed after a program has ended, the
dealer will lose any promotions or discounts they may have qualified for by
using the Scan process provided.
4. In the event of chronic reconciliation errors, the Company will block future
shipments until Stock Counting issues are resolved.
Return Process
1. Dealers can request products to be returned to the Company out of
inventory through the Dealer Portal. This requires Region approval. Before
this process is approved the Dealer Annual Business Plan and Min/Max
should be adjusted to ensure returned products are not needed in the
future.
Transfer Process
1. Dealers can request products to be transferred out of inventory to another
Dealer through the Dealer Portal. This requires Region approval. Before this
process is approved the Dealer Annual Business Plan and Min/Max should
be adjusted to ensure additional transfer of products is not needed in the
future.
Manual Stock Request
1. From time to time a Dealer may need additional stock through a large sale,
preparation for a special event or promotion, etc. Dealers can manually
request additional stock of specific Models through the Dealer Portal. The
manual Stock Request requires Region Approval, so it is recommended you
work with your BDM before completing a Manual Stock Request.
