3. Dealers can check the status of shipments and track via the carrier with
information provided on the Dealer Portal.
Dealer Receives Product from Company
1. When Dealer receives product from the Company, they are responsible for
inspecting the product received to confirm that the product shipped to
them, per the packing slip, was received in total and without any damage.
2. If a product quantity is inaccurate or is damaged, the dealer must complete
an Overage, Shortage and Damage Claim (“OS&D Claim”) on the Dealer
Portal. The Company will investigate and adjudicate the claim based on
information provided, including pictures. If a product needs replacement
quickly, the Dealer can submit a Helpdesk Request on the Dealer Portal for
replacement unit(s).
Product Sale Process
1. At the time of sale to the Customer, Dealer is required to scan the Serial
Number Barcode on each KPP product with a barcode scanner or the
Portal App to:
a. Identify serial number of unit, mark it as sold, and take it out of
inventory.
b. Adjust the units in inventory for Min/Max.
c. Identify the type of Customer to whom the product is sold and
provide the correct Warranty Terms.
d. Apply for Price Adjustments or Promotions at time of sale to reduce
amount owed at settlement. Special commissions will be provided as
a credit on the following month’s statement. Dealers can request the
credit to be sent to them via ACH as another option.
e. Initiate customer registration for the Customer and the Company.
2. If the Dealer is unable to scan the serial number barcode, the Dealer must
enter the serial number information for each KPP product manually in The
Dealer Portal using the manual entry function. It is highly recommended
you follow process 1 as you need the serial number for each unit and
scanning is provided to eliminate errors and simplify the process.
Product Invoicing
1. The day following the sale of the product to the Customer, the Company will
invoice the Dealer for all sold products from the previous day at the current
published retail price, less commission and any applicable programs and
promotions.
